CLINICIAN REFERRALS
SeVA accepts referrals for conventional TMS, Deep TMS, accelerated TMS, SPRAVATO®, ketamine, and interventional psychiatry consultation. Medication-management and psychotherapy referrals are accepted based on current availability. Our team will review the submitted information, identify any additional records needed, and contact the patient regarding the appropriate next step.
Interventional psychiatry (TMS, SPRAVATO, and ketamine) referrals are pre-screened within one business day, with comprehensive clinical consultations generally available within one week.
What to include
Recent clinical notes, current medication list, relevant testing, and insurance information.
What happens next
Our team reviews the referral and contacts the patient or referring office if additional information is needed.
Coordinated care
With appropriate authorization, we provide consultation and treatment updates to the referring clinician.
