What is accelerated iTBS?
Accelerated intermittent theta burst stimulation (aiTBS) is a form of TMS that delivers brief patterns of magnetic stimulation to areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. Unlike standard TMS, which is typically delivered once per day over several weeks, accelerated iTBS provides multiple brief treatment sessions each day, allowing the treatment course to be completed in five days.
