Initial Evaluation

You’ll sit down with one of our clinicians to discuss your history, symptoms, and goals.

Computerized Cognitive Assessment

We’ll use Creyos to assess several dimensions of cognition, including attention, working memory, planning, response inhibition, and sustained attention.

Results Review

You’ll sit down with one of our clinicians to discuss your results and their practical implications.

Treatment Planning

We’ll discuss medication, therapy, and lifestyle modification to help you reach your goals.
